Gumbo on the Go !

1. Cube 2 lbs of Chicken and season lightly

2. Cut 1 lb of Smoked Sausage into slices

3. On medium heat, brown Chicken and Sausage for 10 minutes

4. Add I quart (32oz) of Water and bring to a rolling boil

5. Add PUCK and stir until completely dissolved

6. Let Gumbo cook on medium heat for 15-20 min

7. Enjoy over hot rice
